Instructions
1. Submit a photo of you and your sweetheart.
2. Tell your friends and family to vote on your photo. Promote your entry via email and facebook!
3. The entry with the most votes will win. You may only vote once. If we suspect voter fraud your entry will be deleted. Votes are monitored internally. Each vote is recorded with a time stamp and an IP Address. This enables us to determine if the votes are fair. "We know the cookie trick, and you will get busted." Don't cheat.
4. The winner will be posted on Valentines day. February 14th, 2012
5. The winner will be contacted by myhighplains.com. We will then inform the winner how to pick up their prizes. Please provide the correct contact information with your submission. We will contact you via the telephone number provided.
