How to Play
We want to see your tattoo! Upload a picture of your favorite tattoo, and then tell your friends and family to go to myhighplains.com and vote for your submission. Viewers will vote for the tattoo they like the best. We will take submissions through May 15th 2010. Voting will end on May 31st. The submission with the most votes will win a $150 tattoo service from the Music Box.

Official Rules

1.       No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.

2.       By entering, each contestant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. All decisions made by KCIT, KAMR, KCPN and www.myhighplains.com will be final and binding.

3.       Must be 18 years or older to win.

4.       By participating in this promotion, individuals agree to release, discharge and hold harmless KCIT-TV and www.myhighplains.com, its parent companies, affiliates including KAMR-TV and KCPN-TV and title sponsors, and any respective officers, directors, employees and agents thereof, from all claims, damages and expenses arising out of participation in the promotion. KCIT-TV and www. myhighplains.com, its parent companies, affiliates including KAMR-TV and KCPN-TV and title sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder plus any typographical, on-air, e-mail, postal or other execution errors due to technical difficulties.

5.       Odds of winning will be determined by amount of entries received.

6.       Cash award will not be offered in lieu of prize. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed or exchanged. No substitutions allowed.

7.       By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and/or likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest. KCIT/ KAMR/ KCPN-TV/www.myhighplains.com makes no warranty, representation or agreement that any videotape of likeness of the winner will broadcast or otherwise be used in any manner.

8.       KCIT/ KAMR/ KCPN-TV/www.myhighplains.com reserves the right to amend rules of the contest due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its’ control and consequently discontinue the contest at any time.

9.       Rules and prizes are subject to change without prior notification. Decisions regarding any interpretation of these rules remain the sole discretion of KCIT/ KAMR/ KCPN-TV/www.myhighplains.com and are final.
